Processing Time
All orders are made-to-order.
• Retail orders (in-stock apparel or accessories): typically ship within 3–5 business days.
• Custom / B2B orders (screen printing, embroidery, or promotional products): standard production time is 7–14 business days after artwork approval and payment, unless otherwise stated on your quote or invoice.
Rush service may be available for an additional fee.
Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on total weight, destination, and carrier rates.
Palmetto Blended ships via UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or LTL freight for large bulk orders.
You’ll receive tracking information automatically once your order ships.
Local Pickup & Delivery
Local customers can select Free Local Pickup at checkout from our Charleston, SC location.
You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
Local delivery may be available for qualifying bulk or business orders — please contact us for details.

Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after leaving our facility.
Palmetto Blended is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen events.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the continental U.S. for retail and wholesale customers.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
Once your order has left our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery so we can help initiate a claim.
Replacement timelines depend on carrier resolution.
Order Changes & Address Updates
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
We cannot guarantee address changes once an order is in production or has shipped.
Split Shipments
If part of your order contains both custom and retail items, we may ship them separately to ensure faster delivery.
