What information should I include when asking for a custom quote?
Include what you want to make, estimated quantity, artwork or logo, preferred products if known, and the date you need the finished order in hand. If you do not know the exact garment or decoration method, that is okay—we can help narrow the options.
What information should I include about an existing order?
Include the order or invoice number if available, customer or organization name, a short description of the project and the specific question. If you are reporting a product or production concern, include clear photos when relevant.
What is the minimum order for custom screen printing or embroidery?
Standard screen printing and embroidery projects typically begin at 24 pieces per design. Product-specific minimums or decoration requirements may also apply. If you need a smaller quantity, send us the project details and we can tell you whether another production method may be appropriate.
Do I need finished artwork before contacting Palmetto Blended?
No. Send the best logo, artwork, sketch or idea you have. We can review it and let you know whether it is production-ready or whether artwork preparation or design help is needed.
Can I contact you about a rush order or hard deadline?
Yes. Give us the exact date you need the finished order in hand. Rush availability depends on the product, quantity, artwork and current production capacity and must be confirmed by Palmetto Blended before it should be considered guaranteed.
