Clear expectations make better custom orders.

The standard screen printing and embroidery minimum is 24 pieces per design. Product-specific minimums or decoration requirements may also apply.

Pricing generally improves as quantity increases because setup and production labor are spread across more pieces.

Custom orders must be paid in full before production unless approved account terms have been established in writing.

We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods approved by Palmetto Blended. Net terms are limited to approved schools, organizations and select contract accounts.

Custom orders may move quickly once payment and artwork approval are complete. Orders cannot be canceled after proof approval and payment once production commitments have been made.

Garments, blanks, transfers, screens, thread, promotional products or other materials may already have been ordered or prepared specifically for your project.

Rush service is based on garment/product availability, artwork readiness and current production capacity. Rush availability must be approved by Palmetto Blended before it should be considered confirmed.

Rush charges apply to production time only. Shipping transit time is separate and carrier delays are outside Palmetto Blended's control. Same-day printing is not offered.

Standard custom/B2B production is typically 7–14 business days after required payment and artwork approval, unless a different timeline is stated on your quote, invoice or order confirmation.

Turnaround can be affected by product availability, quantity, artwork, specialty decoration, finishing services, current production volume and other project-specific requirements.

Applicable setup charges are shown as part of the custom quote. Current standard screen fee is $20 per screen when applicable.

Standard ink color changes are currently $35 per color change when available for the order. Availability and minimum quantities may apply.

Exact Pantone/PMS ink color matching is available when appropriate for $35 per custom color.

Custom matching requires formulation, testing and adjustment to get as close as practical to the requested brand color on the selected garment. Garment color, fabric and ink behavior can affect final appearance.

Apparel and promotional-product inventory changes constantly. If an approved item becomes unavailable before ordering, Palmetto Blended may recommend a comparable substitution rather than delay the project.

Material substitutions that meaningfully change the approved order should be communicated before production whenever reasonably possible.

Blank garment samples may be available for purchase depending on the product and project. Sample cost and shipping are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Printed pre-production samples are generally not offered because the setup required for one or two custom pieces can be cost prohibitive. Palmetto Blended uses digital proofs for standard pre-production approval.

Customer-supplied garments accepted for screen printing are currently subject to a $2/piece handling fee unless a different arrangement is approved. Major-distributor drop shipments may be handled differently.

Garments must be new and unwashed. Palmetto Blended may refuse garments or materials that are not suitable for the requested process.

Before drop-off or shipment, provide a detailed item breakdown including brand, style number, color and size. Boxes should clearly identify the customer/order or job name.

Unlabeled shipments create receiving and sorting problems and can delay production.

Customer-supplied garments are not accepted for every decoration method. In particular, customer-supplied apparel is not accepted for standard DTG production unless Palmetto Blended expressly approves an exception.

Contact us before purchasing unusual fabrics, specialty garments or items with coatings, treatments or construction that could affect decoration.

Customer-supplied garments left unclaimed for more than 30 days after notice may be considered abandoned and may be donated or discarded.

Palmetto Blended is not responsible for pre-existing manufacturer/mill defects, inaccurate sizing, color variation or construction issues in customer-supplied garments.

Palmetto Blended may photograph or record completed work and production for portfolio, demonstration, website, social-media or advertising use unless the customer instructs us otherwise before production or the project is subject to a separate confidentiality agreement.

Wash and care for decorated garments according to the garment and decoration recommendations. Specialty inks, foil, metallics and other embellishments may require additional care to maximize longevity.

Product costs, supplier pricing, freight, decoration costs and production requirements can change. Palmetto Blended may update pricing and policies as business conditions change.

The pricing and terms shown on an accepted quote, invoice or written agreement for a specific order govern that project if they differ from general website information.

Palmetto Blended may decline projects that are not compatible with our equipment, production standards, product requirements, schedule, payment requirements or business policies.
