Questions before you order?
Here are some of the things church teams ask us most often.
Tell Us About Your Project →What is the minimum order for church shirts?
Our standard minimum for screen printing and embroidery is 24 pieces per design. Product-specific minimums may also apply. Send us your project details and we'll help determine the best production method.
Can you help design our church shirts?
Yes. If you have a finished design, send it over. If you only have a logo, event theme, rough idea or inspiration, we can help determine what artwork preparation or design work is needed before production.
Can we mix adult and youth sizes?
In many cases, yes. Adult and youth sizing can often be combined within the same project as long as compatible garments and the same decoration specifications are being used. We'll help identify products that work across the required size range.
Can we order different shirt colors or styles?
Often, yes. The exact options depend on the artwork, ink colors, apparel and decoration method. If you'd like multiple garment colors or styles, include that in your request so we can structure the quote appropriately.
How long do church apparel orders take?
Production timing depends on the product, decoration method, quantity, artwork approval and current schedule. If you're ordering for VBS, a conference, retreat or another fixed event date, tell us the deadline at the beginning so we can recommend realistic options.
Can you help us stay within a church budget?
Absolutely. Quantity, garment choice, number of print colors and decoration locations all affect pricing. Give us your target budget and we'll help identify options that balance cost, quality and the purpose of the order.
Can we see the design before production?
Yes. A digital proof is provided for approval before production so you can review the artwork and layout before the order is made.
Do you offer church merch stores or fundraiser ordering?
For qualifying projects, we can discuss online ordering, preorder or fundraising-style programs that allow members or families to select their own products and sizes. The right setup depends on the program, products and fulfillment requirements.
Do you only make T-shirts?
No. We can help with hoodies, polos, hats, jackets, embroidered apparel, bags, drinkware, promotional products and other branded merchandise in addition to custom church T-shirts.
