Unlike a flat decoration price, embroidery cost depends heavily on the actual design we're stitching. These are the variables that make the biggest difference.
What We're Embroidering

How Many You Need
Quantity matters. Larger orders generally create better per-piece economics than a short production run.
Design Size + Detail
A simple left-chest logo may require far fewer stitches than a large, highly detailed design. More stitches mean more machine time.
Placement + Specialty Work
Standard flat embroidery, hats, additional locations and techniques such as 3D puff can affect production and pricing.

What's “digitizing,” anyway?
Embroidery machines don't simply read your JPG, PNG or logo file. Your artwork first needs to be translated into a stitch-ready embroidery file that tells the machine where, how and in what sequence to place each stitch.

Here are some of the things customers ask us most often.
Ask About Your Project →What is the minimum order for embroidery?
Our standard screen printing and embroidery minimum is 24 pieces per design. Product-specific minimums may also apply.
How is embroidery pricing determined?
Embroidery pricing depends on the garment, quantity, design size and stitch count, placement and any specialty techniques. Send us your artwork and project details and we'll prepare a custom quote.
Do I need to know my stitch count?
No. Send us your logo or artwork and tell us the approximate size and placement you want. We'll evaluate the design and determine what is needed for your quote.
What is embroidery digitizing?
Digitizing converts your artwork into a machine-readable embroidery file that defines stitch placement, direction, density and sequence. Your normal logo file is not automatically an embroidery-ready file.
What artwork files should I send?
Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG or PDF are preferred, but high-resolution PNG, JPG, PSD or TIFF files may also work. Send us what you have and we'll let you know if artwork preparation or conversion is required.
How many thread colors can I use?
Our standard embroidery service includes up to five thread colors. If your design requires something different, let us know and we'll review the project.
Do you offer 3D puff embroidery?
Yes. 3D puff embroidery is available for hats and certain flat applications. Additional pricing may apply depending on the project.
Can I mix apparel styles, colors and sizes?
Generally, yes, as long as the embroidered design remains the same. Certain products, styles or colors may have their own minimum requirements.
Will I receive a proof before production?
Yes. We can provide a digital proof for approval before production so you can review the design, colors and placement. Physical samples may be available for an additional fee and will extend the production timeline.
How long does embroidery take?
Typical production is approximately 7–10 business days after artwork approval and payment, depending on project complexity and the current production schedule. Rush options may be available for qualifying projects.
