Embroidery is where we take your awesome design and stitch it right onto the fabric with needles and thread! It's truly the ultimate way to add a super professional and incredibly durable touch to your apparel and accessories.
What types of items can be embroidered?
Oh, the possibilities are endless! We can embroider a ton of stuff, including hats, shirts, jackets, bags, and so much more!
What kind of threads are used?
We're all about quality, so we use top-notch Madeira Polyneon threads for all our embroidery. Plus, you get up to 5 thread colors included in our standard service – how cool is that?!
Do you offer 3D puff embroidery?
You know it! We offer awesome 3D puff for both hats and flat items. There's a charge for 3D puff on hats, and for flat items, we'll give you a custom quote.
What kind of artwork files do I need to provide for embroidery?
For the best results, we prefer vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) with fonts outlined. High-resolution raster files (PSD, JPG, PNG, TIFF) may also be acceptable, but some design work or conversion fees may apply. Our art team is exceptional, so you can always just send what you have!
Do you charge extra for certain fabric types?
Nope, no worries there! We don't hit you with upcharges for embroidering on polyester, fleece, or even those bulky items. Hat, sleeve, and bag upcharges are totally included too!
How long does the embroidery process take?
Production times vary based on the complexity of your order, the number of items, and our current workload. Generally, once your artwork is approved and the order is confirmed, lead times can range from 7-10 business days. We will provide a more accurate timeline when you place your order. Rush options may be available for an additional fee.
Can I mix and match different apparel styles and sizes within my order?
Yes, you can mix and match different apparel styles, colors, and sizes within your order, as long as the embroidered design remains the same across all items. Please note that certain minimums might apply to specific styles or colors.
What are your payment terms?
We require full payment before your project begins. After receiving payment, our design team gets to work on your mockups. Once your proofs are approved, we move your project into production! For more info, here is a link to Our Process. We accept various payment methods.
Do you offer samples or proofs before mass production?
We can provide digital proofs for your approval before proceeding with production to ensure the design, colors, and placement are exactly as you envision. Physical samples may be available for an additional fee and would extend the overall production timeline.
What is your return or exchange policy for embroidered items?
Due to the custom nature of embroidered items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in the product or an error on our part regarding the printing. Please review your order details and digital proofs carefully before approving them. Any issues must be reported within five business after receiving your order, as outlined in our Terms and Policies.
